Spiral Woven Belts are designed to perform in the most demanding operating conditions. They are available in a wide variety of designs and executions: balanced weave, compound balanced weave, rod-reinforced, multiple weft, chain-driven, and more — each offering its own unique characteristics.

The belts are driven either by friction rollers or by special drive sprockets. Balanced weave belts can be equipped with cross-flights and/or side guards. In some cases, the cross rods can be bent upwards to provide lateral containment.

These conveyor belts are engineered to meet specific production requirements: from heavy-duty solutions for transporting large loads or extremely hot products to dense weaves for handling small items, unsorted goods, or products that require stable support.

Advantages:
• wide range of configurations;
• excellent heat transfer efficiency;
• ability to operate with small turning radii.

Applications: baking, freezing, glass container manufacturing, conveying hot parts, sintering processes.
