As an official distributor, Beltimport company has accomplished planned supplying of Bonfiglioli planetary gear-boxes for Ukraininan metallurgy. For the first time these gear-boxes appeared in Ukraine as part of continuous casting machine produced by Danieli – the leading supplier of solutions for metallurgy. Gear-boxes had been working for almost 10 years successfully under coditions of high temperature, torque moment drops and costant dustiness. Time of full repair and gear-boxes replacement has come and it was implemented thanks to on-time supplying. Apart from that, peculiarity of these gear-boxes is that they are equipped with hydraulic motors Eaton Char-Lynn and have splined shaft, which ensures good positioning and high safety level during transmission of significant torque.
In our turn, we received mental satisfaction from perception of the fact that our customer’s metal will be casted for at least 10 years more.
