The exchange of information, thoughts and ideas is extremely important in today's world. Since becoming a member of the European Power Transmission Distributor Association (EPTDA) in 2016, Beltimport has not missed any single annual conference, as it is always an opportunity to meet and network with professionals of power transmission and motion control (PT/MC) industry, listen to interesting speakers and have pleasant, informal communication with industry leaders.
Every year in a new location, company leaders of the best manufacturers and largest distributors meet together to discuss both bilateral relations and global challenges. Listen to reports and forecasts of the coolest analysts and participate in the formation of strategic insights to manage successful business, negotiate exclusive terms with existing partners or meet and seek opportunities with new ones.
This time the EPTDA annual convention was held in Amsterdam. The top management of more than 300 companies from 33 countries gathered under one roof. As before, Ukraine was represented at this event by only one company - Beltimport. The company's CPO Alla Pochtova had several dozen of official and unofficial meetings, beeing in the center of attention to answer questions, that were of interest to many participants: - How is life in Ukraine now?, - What do Ukrainians think about end of the war? , - How can global manufacturers help Ukrainian businesses and those, who are suffering? etc.
The feedback we have from Alla Pochtova:
"For us, EPTDA annual convention is G20 of our industry, where, after all, we realize that Beltimport, as a Ukrainian company, has long been a part of the European family in the world of power transmission and motion control, and we are sure that Ukraine, as a country, will soon be a part of the European Union family. We sincerely believe in this and will make every effort on our way to implement the best European experience in Ukraine, to convey requirements of the Ukrainian market to our European colleagues, based on today's realities, and to bring our common Victory closer!"
To say that this EPTDA event was just useful is to understate its importance. We thank to the organizers and participants!
