First of all, the seller should know nuances of business and technological process of his customer, understand all the advantages and features of the products offered by him and have experience of their application in various industries and conditions.
That is why Beltimport regularly conducts personnel trainings directly at the production plants to make experts out of its sellers and to maintain this high level. This time, nine of our employees visited Italy. In October, the manufacturers of conveyor chains – ZMC and gearboxes manufacturer - Bonfiglioli carried out technical trainings and master classes for us, showed production capacities and research laboratories. Our colleagues could discuss non-standard applications, difficult operating conditions and adopt the best world experience of engineers from leading world manufacturers. It was very important for our employees to see how a gearbox is born, how a conveyor chain is born - what materials, machines and robots are used, to see the sequence of technological operations and a multifaceted phase of quality control.
Our colleagues brought from Italy not only the knowledge that they gladly share with us and use in their daily work but also a lot of positive emotions as well as cheerful stories. Of course, our partners showed not only their achievements, but also the advantages of Italian cuisine, and Beltimport management made sure that our delegation had time to get acquainted with cultural values of this great country. Beltimport believes that such investments in its employees can not be overestimated. After all, experience comes ... with experience . And every time, raising the professional level, we become a little stronger.
