Flexco Belt Cleaner FGP (Food Grade Precleaner) is an easy-to-install, easy-to-clean food conveyor belt cleaner that can be taken apart in less than a minute for regular cleaning and sanitation. The cleaner design includes stainless steel components and food-grade materials that limit space that stimulate bacterial growth. Cleaning blades from 300 to 1500 mm wide for the FGP cleaner can also be made of metal-detectable plastic. The cleaner easily adjusts the tension to minimize blade wear and belt damage, as well as for maximum cleaning. It can be used even on light belt and pulleys from 50 to 267 mm.
