In order to upgrade the skills of Beltimport employees in couplings and torque limiters sphere a technical seminar was held on 1st of October 2013 in Kyiv. Mr. Silviu SCHIRADO visited our company, representing the company R+W Antriebselemente GmbH (Germany). R+W is part of the group of companies Poppe+Potthoff with 80 years of history and a turnover of $ 235 million a year. R+W itself currently has 61 distributors worldwide. The company has received ISO 9001:2008, Railway Vehicle Components DIN 6701-2 (access to the use of products in the railway equipment) and TÜV certificates. Among the R+W clients are Bosch, Krones, Festo, Tetra Pak and many other world-famous companies.
Also now it is being actively conducted a project work for paving the tunnels in collaboration with manufacturers of machines. During the seminar there were presented the main product groups - torque limiters, bellows, elastomer and linear couplings, line shafts. The range can be vividly seen on the video. Disk pack couplings should be highlighted as the new developments.
