Because of different sizes and shapes of rock, which falls into the crushing machine simultaneously, the equipment is blocked, which results in a sharp increase of load on driving belts. For this reason, the belts quickly wear and break. This leads to stopping the equipment for replacement of driving belts that has a negative influence on productivity.
Solution:
