Problem:
The existing conveyor`s worm gear motors do not satisfy the customer in terms of durability and efficiency. A separate issue is the unresisting coating of the most previously tested gear motors to the influence of an over-aggressive environment.
Solution:
As a solution was used "babies" from our assembly program - cylindrical-conical gear motors A 05-30 sizes, which are an excellent solution for replacing inefficient worm gears. Gear motors have a special resistant coating, which is insensitive to both organic pollutants and detergents.
